There is a sound that has been resonating through time and space. It was the first Word every spoken, the note that reverberates through all creation and our very being. It is Jesus Christ. Our task and goal as followers of Him is to “tune” our lives to that of Jesus’ and His Spirit, so that we can join the everlasting song of creation. As we journey from the cross to the Spirit, as we see what it means to live a resurrected life here and now, through the words of Jesus, through “acts” of the early Church, the words of the first evangelist, and the psalmist, may we be filled with that deep, full, reverberating sound.
